Tonight’s the night!

Looking forward to tonight’s session – numbers are looking good, with some new faces making an appearance, so I’m sure we’ll be seeing out the season with a bang and defying the current weather with some radiant singing.

Just a wee reminder that you need to grab the sheet music from here (there are 16 docs in all) and print them out or save them to tablet.

Also, basses and baritones, don’t forget that I’ll be asking some of you to sing tenor tonight – I know you are up to the task!

See you at 7!

I am a classical music enthusiast and a lover of choral music in particular. I run the Polyphony Down the Pub social/singing night, probably the most thrilling singing-Renaissance-motets-in-the-backroom-of-a-pub experience you could ever hope to have.

  1. Hi Kevin

I’m planning to turn up tonight for the first time, but I’ve just found out that the IT system at work won’t let me access the download site for the music. Is there any chance of printing out a set of music for me please? Don’t worry if not – I’ll just leave my initiation to another time.

I hope you might be able to let me know by 1600 so I can plan my work/travel arrangements.

    Many thanks

    Jen

    1. Hi Jen. Unfortunately we can’t provide print-outs but if you have a tablet then you can download at the pub, otherwise I might be able to email you the docs; have you signed up via Eventbrite by chance?

      1. E-mailing them would work – yes please! I have signed up via Eventbrite, but I gave my personal e-mail address, which I cannot access at work. Please could you use the DfT e-mail address I gave to be able to make the comment on here?
