If you can’t wait till our 5th Birthday to sing Spem in alium*

then you have the chance to sing it this coming Saturday (February 25th).

The Choir of King’s College, London are putting on a come & sing afternoon workshop before their public performance of the work later that evening. Tickets are £15 full price/£5 for students; full details are here. (Attending the performance requires a separate ticket, which can be booked here.)

I’ll be popping along myself so I hope to see a few PDtP regulars there.

*A while back I committed to programming Spem should we ever get to celebrate 5 years of PDtP in 2019. I may live to regret this promise…

I am a classical music enthusiast and a lover of choral music in particular. I run the Polyphony Down the Pub social/singing night, probably the most thrilling singing-Renaissance-motets-in-the-backroom-of-a-pub experience you could ever hope to have.
