Carols! Carols! Carols!

A huge thank you to the intrepid PDtP crew who turned up to sing Christmas carols & chorales at London Bridge Underground Station on Tuesday.

Not only did you bring a smile to many a commuter’s face with your beautiful singing, you raised a whopping£480 for the wonderful Choir With No Name!

As this sesssion went down so well and raised so much money, there’s the slimmest of slim possibilities that we might be able to do some more charity singing between 5 & 6pm next Thursday, December 21st; if we can make it work, details will follow tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow, that’s when booking goes live for the legendary Christmas Counterpint in the Cafe, which takes place at 6.30pm on Tuesday December 19th. (In addition to some of our seasonal Renaissance crackers we’ll be singing traditional carols.)

You won’t want to miss it so have your mouse hovering over this link at 5 tomorrow…

Cheers

Kevin

I am a classical music enthusiast and a lover of choral music in particular. I run the Polyphony Down the Pub social/singing night, probably the most thrilling singing-Renaissance-motets-in-the-backroom-of-a-pub experience you could ever hope to have.
