#PDtPBirthday fever is in the air…

Not long now till a load of us cram into the upstairs room of a pub and celebrate 4 years of boozed-up singing.

In anticipation of the big event, here’s another of our failed attempts at attractive publicity:

There are a couple of singing spots still available here if you’d like to join us in a review of the highlights from out last 12 months, plus a Spem in alium. (‘A’ Spem in alium, not ‘the’ Spem in alium, mind; see this note from last year’s birthday build-up for some sense of what we’re on about.)

In other news, the fine folks over at St Luke’s Battersea are looking for singers to join their Youth Choirs in a performance of Britten‘s St Nicolas on December 15th, though participants will need to commit to at least three rehearsals beforehand; full details here.

Cheers

Kevin

I am a classical music enthusiast and a lover of choral music in particular. I run the Polyphony Down the Pub social/singing night, probably the most thrilling singing-Renaissance-motets-in-the-backroom-of-a-pub experience you could ever hope to have.
